Now, due to our fast international expansion, we are seeking an Operations Specialist (Part-Time) for our Sales branch in Stockholm (Sweden).
You will report directly to the branch’s Sales Manager, and collaborate with different departments from the Headquarters.
The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are:
§ Deal with customers directly by phone and e-mail.
§ Carry out sales quotes, manage and oversee purchasing orders from customers, inbound and outbound shipments, delivery times, prices, problems, and so on.
§ Manage outstanding customer invoices, chase the payment, and control other administrative and financial issues.
§ Manage the internal ERP (SAP).
§ Support the external sales staff.
§ Other operational and administrative tasks.
The essential requirements for this role are:
§ Willingness to work in a part-time position.
§ Business and/or Engineering, Chemical, or Science background is preferred.
§ Experience in operational tasks and customer service.
§ Experience with ERP and MSOffice systems is preferred.
§ Minimum B2 English level and Swedish speaker, while other Nordic languages.
§ Willingness to work in an onsite position and small teams.
