The company is now looking to reinforce their Nordic speaking team with Swedish people.Task: -Flawless execution of all Customer Service order and customer inquiry processes and sub-processes.-Ensure customer experience is positive -At all times act as Customer Service Professional and maintain a strong business relationship with assigned customers -Communicating with other departments in EM, such as Logistics, Accounts Receivable, Billing etc.Qualifications: -Fluent in English and Swedish (or any of the Nordic languages) -Communication skills -Proactive attitude -Service mentality -Basic analytical capability -Microsoft Office proficiency -Strong Ethics, Controls and Operations Integrity awareness Offering: -Support with relocation (a sum of 150 % of gross salary is given after 3 months trial period) -Language courses from any of the 18 nationalities in the company -Good working experience with people from all around the world (18 nationalities) -Social gatherings -Extensive training programs -Extra health inscurance and Wellness Programs -Lunch vouchers Do you think it sounds attractive?We want your CV in ENGLISH.
