The Customer Service is located in Bohus and Ambés and is serving PPC with the Order to Cash- process. As a CSO you will be the link between the customers and integrated supply chain regarding sales order fulfilment.
For our office in Bohus, we have an immediate opening for an individual who can fulfil the following role as Customer Service Operator to our Finnish market for Bleaching Chemicals. Your skills in the Finnish language is therefore of great importance for this role.
The main tasks and responsibilities are:
Receive and enter customer orders into the ERP system.
Retrieve information from order related VMI devices and periodically review to create customer orders.
Handle customer?s consignment stocks including cost/ton and monthly invoicing.
See to that customer orders are entered accurate and on time.
Send invoices and randomly check customer?s invoice?s before dispatch.
Take initiative to contact plant supply coordinators (PSC), customers and sales when order fulfilment problems occur.
Take necessary actions in case of rush orders.
Contact the customers to receive their short term demand.
Inform regional key user in SAP if master data has to be adjusted.
Ensure that customer complaints, deviations and improvements are entered accurate and on time in our system for improvements.
Have good knowledge of transporters, manual booking of transports and checking invoices.
Requirements
Academic degree in Economy and /or Logistics or corresponding experience/competence
Customer service oriented
High social competence and ability to build long term relationship
Good knowledge in Swedish, Finnish and English, written and spoken
Process understanding of ERP system (SAP)
Skills in MS Office package
Knowledge about transportation of dangerous goods
Knowledge about payment and INCO terms
Have the ability to work under high pressure
To be successful in this position you should be used to work in a self-dependent way, but at the same time be a good team player. You are a good communicator both orally and in writing. As a person you are positive, responsible, highly result oriented as well as service minded.

This is a temporary position on a full time basis starting as soon as possible until 2016-08-12, reporting to the Customer Service Manager, Jan Johansson.
