WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Customer Service Representative at Nextory your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction by delivering our customers the best possible experience and service through our different channels.
Today, we believe that you work in a different fast-moving environment, but that you are now eager to take the next step and work more long-term in an entrepreneur-driven business. You have a great interest in service and problem solving. You also have very good communication and administrative skills. You are comfortable with digital technology and quickly learn new systems and digital services. We believe you have the ability to handle and master different situations and you are a service minded person who enjoys helping people.

To be successful in this role we believe that you have a genuine interest in providing exceptional service and that you value customer satisfaction as much as we do!


Relevant educational background
At least 1 year of experience of similar work in a service-related industry
Service minded, solution-oriented, meticulous and thrives in a fast-moving environment
Speaks and writes fluently in any of the Nordic languages and English



We will be extra curious if you also have…
Experience of customer service work
Other language skills, such as Dutch, German or French
