In the Customer Service Representative role you will be responsible for day-to-day activities in a dedicated area, duties could include but are not limited to, order entry /processing, complaint management, quotes and general resolution of customer inquiries both verbal and written.
We are looking for Danish, Swedish, and Norwegian-speaking individuals (English is a business requirement) who are passionate about delivering a high level of customer service.
A day in the Life:
Handling all types of customer requests daily, such as e-mails, orders, and phone calls
Be an active team member by building and developing positive relationships with internal and external colleagues/customers
Support the virtual work experience
Support any onboarding of new colleagues
Accountable for safety, compliance, and cybersecurity of yourself
Takes personal ownership of using the PPI Business System
Adhere to standard work, reporting & meeting calendar. Actively manage improvement plans and complete the agreed standard work
Takes ownership of quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction to drive improvement in our transaction processes and services
Contribute to reaching agreed goals and targets set by the company

Keys to Success:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
