Job Description
We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative to our client who is a multinational corporation that develops medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods. In this role, you need to have a positive mindset and attitude! You are going to work together with the Sales Representatives to give our client's customers the best service, you will develop and maintain good customer relations, you will be responsible for handling all order types, follow up and coordination which includes daily order follow up, warehouse and transportation error follow up and inform customers and take action. Your key relationships will be both external and internal customers. We believe you have the ability to deliver business results and solutions and keep the focus on driving customer value and that you have the willingness to assume personal ownership and accountability.

To be successful in the role as a Customer Service Representative, you need to have the ability to cooperate and communicate with customers and employees at all levels within the organization. You need to be service minded, patient, pay attention to details and be flexible. It is also important to be efficient and well organized.

Salary
Salary, by agreement.

Admission and Application
40h/week. The position is expected to start 2022-10-17 and is expected to run for 6 months, with a chance for extension. You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters and work for our client in Stockholm.
