Customer Service Representative

We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative on a needs employment for our office at Östersund Airport. We are looking for you who want to work a few shifts every month, partly according to the planned schedule but also in the event of increased workload and absence. The daily tasks vary and mainly consist of internal and external washing of our vehicles, deliveries to our customers and customer service directly at the rental desk.

We are looking for you who:
Maybe students are and want to work extra evenings and weekends but also when needed
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing and good knowledge of English
Passionate about customer service and sales
Is solution-oriented
Have good collaboration and communication skills
Is responsible and organized
Had a driver's license for at least 1 year
Is flexible and can adapt to new situations
Can work independently
