Main responsibilities
Are you a colleague who wants to onboard our journey maintaining and retaining a reliable customer relation? In this role you a spider in the web with many contact areas both internally and externally. As a Customer Service Representative you will fulfill the “Order To Invoice” cycle for assigned customers and business in SAP. You represent the customer in daily customer relations by managing their orders and requests and secure the voice of the customer in cooperation with sales, planning and logistics. While maintaining this responsibilities you also, step by step, develop yourself building best opportunities for your personal development in Nouryon.
You are a member of a Business Line team in Customer Service and whenever needed in a backup roll. Customer Service has a strong drive for process development, and you will be a co-driver in the work of reaching next level of service and systems.


Qualifications
Theoretical education at University or equivalent in area of sales, trade, administration or logistics/distribution.
or
Experiences for 1-3 years in an area similar to ours or like travel agency, transport company or other relevant professional area.
Good IT knowledge, order booking, booking related systems and SAP is preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English

Additional information
