We are looking to strengthen our customer service team and are looking for a customer service star that have a passion for helping customers and creating the best customer service experience.
About the role:
As a Customer Service Representative at Djerf Avenue, you offer customer service through mainly incoming emails and occasionally through chat. About 90% of the customer interaction is in English. At Djerf Avenue you get to be part of a wonderful team with dedicated colleagues in both Stockholm and the US.
Who we are looking for:
You are a team player, are organized and a problem solver
You have great communication skills and take initiative
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Another language is meritorious
You have good computer skills
It is advantageous if you have previous experience as a Customer Service Agent
