Customer Service Specialist w. Danish (Gothenburg)
Location: Hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days in the Gothenburg office)
Purpose
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a person responsible for processing customers' orders and warranties in SAP, handling disputes, mails, phones and quotations for Denmark. Knowledge of Danish language is required.
You will be a full-time Customer Service Team member.
The Job (responsibilities):
· Everyday support of the Denmark customer service team
· Answering incoming calls with Danish-speaking clients.
· Processing customers' orders and warranties in SAP for assigned region
· Collaboration with local teams to reach common goals or to prevent backlogs
· Preparing and completing reports to monitor the workload
· Creating and updating internal procedures related to order entry
· Participating in quality improvement / team meetings
· Triage of the incoming emails
The Person (requirements):
· Language skills: strong Danish (at least C1 level); good English (at least B2)
· Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
· SAP knowledge is an advantage
· Can-do attitude
· Ability to work in virtual environment
· Ensuring high quality of work
