To expand our sales team in Knivsta we are searching you as new member with the task to strengthen our service and marketing capabilities.

Din profil
YOU:
- are an enthusiastic, self-driven person which likes to work in a team to reach the companies objectives
- like to work with deadlines and can deliver at those
- have stress endurance and like to finish ongoing tasks on daily basis
- have a technical interest and like to understand technical processes, applications and products
- have shown your service performance at least for 2 years in customer support or internal sales
- are loyal to your company and work according to targets, rules and routines agreed upon
- have always the customer in focus and your service level is very high
- are comfortable with personal meeting at Habia s premises if required
- communicate fluent in English and Swedish, knowledge of German is an advantage
- are very familiar with Microsoft Office and have worked before with ERP solutions.

Habia Teknofluor AB wants YOU to complete the following tasks:
- Administrate the whole sales process from offer to order within our ERP system
- Calculate your offers based upon market situation, targets and technical complexity in cooperation with the responsible sales staff or based upon own customer base.
- Follow up offers and give all Scandinavian and International customers a high level of daily service by phone and E-mail.
- Being supportive to internal units like logistics and purchase
- Backing up your team in case of shortage
- Assist the sales department in marketing activities and –projects
- Help to develop the customer base and the companies goals
- Report directly to the General Sales Manager
