Are you ready to take on the challenge to handle some of Tetra Pak's multinational customers?

Within our Central Order Management department, situated in Lund, we are now looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR).

Your main task will be to act as the link between our customers within the food industry and Tetra Pak factories.The work includes design administration, sales order handling, delivery order handling, invoicing and claims handling of packaging material.You will also be required to provide statistical information to customers and Key Account Managers.The position is characterized by its coordinative nature and its many external and internal contacts, which make a great demand on your ability to work structured under strong pressure to deliver a high service level to our customers.

The successful candidate has the following abilities:

- Communicative and service minded
- Good head for figures and a strong administrative ability
Team player
- Ability to prioritize and to be flexible
- Experience from working under strong pressure
- Enterprising with a strong driving force


Kvalifikationer

The position will include some travelling within Europe.

You have an appropriate University Degree or equivalent together with some experience of customer related work.Experience of SAP R/3 is an advantage.Strong skills in English and Swedish written and verbally, is a must.
