The office in Malmö is responsible for sales and distribution serving countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The Swedish site is under an exciting expansion and is now looking for a new colleague in the role as Customer Service Representative UK.

To fulfill the company’s mission, 5.11 International has an exciting and growing opportunity at the Customer Service Centre in Malmö. The role of the Customer Service Representative for UK provides a superior level of customer service to all of our external as well as internal customers.

In this assignment your main responsibilities will be:

• Together with the UK sales team, you will be responsible for managing our UK accounts.
• Ability to up-sell and clearly explain promotions, pending sales offers, etc.
• Receive and enter order from customers.
• Receive and process order adjustments as requested by customer.
• Thoroughly research customer issues, complaints and comments, and provides complete and timely resolution.
• Receive and answer inquiries from consumers (end users) by phone, electronic mail concerning price, and availability as well as the application of products, services and programs.
• Provide instructions on returning products.
• Other duties as assigned.


Kvalifikationer

To perform the job successfully, you should have the following credentials:

• At least High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written and good Swedish skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems.
• Experience and working knowledge of Dynamics or similar software is preferred.
• Genuine interest in outdoor life, tactical apparel, gear and functional products is an advantage.

As a person you are enthusiastic, patient and have excellent problem solving and follow through skills, while working in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Service Representative strives to improve customer relations with each and every interaction with end users, and take the time needed to create larger sales opportunities through up-selling. This is a position for a cheerful person who is highly motivated, sales driven and goal oriented, who will strive to meet and exceed customers’ expectations each and every time.
