Biotage has a workforce of approximately 245 employees worldwide and made a net result of 394,1 MSEK 2009.Biotage s shares are listed on the Nasdaq OMX Stockholm small Cap list.To our head office in Uppsala we are looking for a Customer Service Representative Key responsibilities are to: -Provide the highest level of customer service, internal support and customer management, optimising sales opportunities and efficiencies -Manage and take responsibility for administration and support for allocated customers to provide a comprehensive and professional support -Process all orders on the day of receipt in a timely and efficient manner -Process customer enquiries/complaints promptly, responding within 24 hours, resolving as soon as is practicable -Secure future business by prompt preparation and issue of quality quotations in compliance with customer specifications, company guidelines and standards -Liaise with appropriate Sales Managers/Product Managers to ensure customer requirements are met, subject to current systems, resources and processes available -Keep customers informed at all times regarding order status -Answer the telephone professionally and promptly - Maintain and constantly improve our quality of service to the customer - Build and maintain a positive business relationship with specific Key Accounts and monitor their sales -Deputise for any Customer Services team member during absences to ensure the highest level of service is maintained The job requires -Fluent in Swedish, oral and writing.-Fluent in English, oral and writing.-Fluent in German, oral and writing.-Working with order, sales and/or telesales for minimum 3 years -Experience with business systems and/or sales systems -Good communication skills (In written and verbal) -Customer Services experience -Well organized -High degree of customer focus -Sense of urgency This is a permanent position for one year.For more information please contact Mari Wahlberg, Customer Service Manager
