We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to our Supply Chain organisation within Market Company North Europe.
What you will do
In the role as CSR you will act as the key contact towards our customers regarding supply of packaging material. You will act as the link between our Converting Factories and our European customers, making sure that we are delivering according to our customer’s material demands. The work includes design administration, order handling, planning and invoicing. The position is characterized by its coordinative nature and its many external and internal contacts, which places a great demand on your ability to work in a structured way to deliver a high service level to our customers. Close co-operation with our Key Account Managers is also an important task within this position.
You will focus on:
· Secure supply chain PM / AM order fulfilment: Order management, design administration, invoicing and logistics.
· Ensure synergy with internal functions as well as Tetra Pak converting factories within ECA, planning, logistics and additional material to secure smooth order handling leading to increased productivity.
· Perform Sales forecast End User role
· Participate in Key Account team handling the Supply Chain part of business
This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena. You will travel a maximum of 2 weeks per year.

It is essential that you are a team player and a good communicator.
You must have an upper secondary school degree and experience of advanced administration and customer related work. You need to have good computer skills and preferably experience in SAP R3, MS Word, Excel and graphical software.
Your are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
