Danfoss is now looking for a positive-minded and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our successful Customer Service team in Linköping.
Job Responsibilities
If you take the challenge as our new Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience
Service customers within targets and to a high standard
Ensure 100% of customer interactions are logged onto Service Cloud and progressed in line with relevant processes
Ensure all information provided to customers is accurate and considers any special requirements
Keep a close dialogue with customers over phone or email to understand their needs and expectations
Collaborate internally with different stakeholders to ensure that we are delivering within agreed targets
Process returns and handling invoices accurate and timely
Be proactive and conduct analysis of forecasts, trends in orders etc. to ensure we are staying ahead of our customers’ needs
Background & Skills
Being the successful candidate for the position you will be having:
+3 years of experience from working in a Customer Service or Sales Administration/Support role
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
Excellent team player willing to work collaboratively to achieve team targets
Fluency in Swedish is mandatory and since the corporate language is English, proficiency in written and spoken English is also required
Knowledge of working with digital tools and application like SAP and Salesforce is desirable
