Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Do you want to work for Air China, the flag carrier and one of the major airlines of China? Air China Stockholm was established twenty-six years ago and it is expanding all the time. The company currently is seeking a new employee to a growing service team within the Air China Stockholm family. The working location is Air China Stockholm City Office.

Main Function:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be part of the Air China City Office team to ensure that we provide good service to our passengers.
1.Work with booking and ticketing systems
2.Handle passengers? demands and be highly service minded.
3.Keep good communication information exchanges with City Office and other service departments of HQ.
4.As CSR you need to be responsible and have good teamwork with your colleagues, yet capable of handle multiple tasks professionally.

Qualifications:
1.Language requirements: Swedish and English, Chinese is a merit
2.High school education or equivalent
3.Previous skills and experience in ticketing and customer service preferred.
4.Good teamwork spirit and communication skills
5.Energy, courage , enthusiasm and responsible
