Job Description
We are now looking for a Finnish speaking customer service representative to our client’s Nordic costumer service team. Our client is based in Solna and is one of the world's most comprehensive and broadly-based manufacturer of health care products, as well as a provider of related services, for the consumer, pharmaceutical, and medical devices, and diagnostics markets.
Your responsibilities:
• Order handling for all order types, follow up and coordination
• Daily Order follow up
• Warehouse and transportation error follow up
• Inform customers and take actions.
• Handle Returns
• Invoicing and credits
• Corrective Action Reporting of all damaged good, warehouse mistakes and transportation errors.
• Respond to customer requests coming in via phone and e-mail
• E-order handling and troubleshooting
• Work together with the sales representatives to give our customers the best service
Personal qualities
As a person, you have a positive mindset and attitude and are service minded.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run for 6 months, with possible extension.
