You will join a team of colleagues located in Gothenburg, Vilnius, Alleröd, Oslo, or Espoo, who are part of the Professional Hygiene division in the Nordic region. This team is currently undergoing an exciting transformation, transitioning from local generalists to regional specialists. This presents excellent opportunities for collaboration and learning within an international setting. Our team falls under Region North, encompassing Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. As part of your role, it is crucial to comprehend the needs of our customers, foster trustful relationships, and deliver high-quality service to both internal and external clients.
Job assignments:
- Managing, registering, and following up on tickets
- Managing, registering, and following up on order flows and complaints
- Updating and maintaining customer and material master data
- Handling requests from customers and internal colleagues regarding order status, product availability, prices, delivery times, and product specifications
- Contacting warehouses and freight forwarders for inquiries about transports, distribution, warehouse administration, and follow-up
Requirements:
- University degree in logistics, economics, or relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with a strong emphasis on Excel
- Familiarity with SAP C/4, S/4 HANA, and CRM is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish both verbal and written
Meritorious:
- Knowledge of other Nordic/Baltic languages
- Previous experience in customer service and working with logistics flows
