Customer Service Representative for an international company

As a Customer Service Representative at hubbr you will work with incoming calls from various countries. Our client is an international e-commerce company spread all over Europe. The task at hand as a Customer Service Representativeis to provide support and help to customers calling with different questions or demands.

This is a job that requires a high level of verbal communications as well as being patient and dedicated to solving the customers’ problem.

Requirements

These are the countries that we serve and whom you will receive calls from:

Sweden
Norway
Denmark
Finland
U.K.
Germany
France
Netherlands
Switzerland
Poland

Therefore, we require you to be fluent in either swedish or english plus any of the languages spoken in the countries mentioned above to be applicable for this position.

Personal skills/abilities

Problem solver
Previous experience working over the phone
Customer oriented
Sales/customer experience is highly preferred
