Customer Service Representative - Norwegian Speaking

We are representing a client in the automotive industry who is looking for a Customer Service Representative fluent in Norwegian and English to join their team in Rome, Italy. Our client is a leading player in the automotive industry and is looking for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Identify customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate department or individual for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer issues.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding their inquiries or concerns.
Requirements:
Fluent in Norwegian and English (verbal and written)
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Must be legally authorized to work in Italy
