On behalf of Distrupol we are looking for a Swedish speaking customer representative, who is passioned about helping and advising customers, understands the value of world class service and has an interest in technical products.
Distrupol is a European leader in the distribution and application development of an extensive range of thermoplastic polymers and elastomers. The company is a supplier to a long list of the largest brands within automotive, medico, electronics, and the food industry. Distrupol is on a quest of expansion in the Nordics and is looking for talented people to join and growth the organization. As part of this expansion Distrupol has also recently acquired a Danish Chemical company. This expansion is part of a strategic growth plan to strengthen the company’s existing position as market leader in the Nordics.
The role
As a Customer Service Representative at Distrupol you be part of an ambitious and successful customer service team. The team currently consist of 12 skilled Customer Service Representative who is located in Denmark, Sweden and the UK – and is supporting clients across all of Europe.
In this position you will be the first point of contact for the companies’ Swedish customers. You will help answer product and service questions and process orders, complaints, returns and credits. Also, you will work close together with Key Account Managers in striving to create and maximise business opportunities.
Responsibilities Processing of orders, complaints, returns and credits
Maintenance of customer accounts
Resolution of product or service complaints, investigating the cause and offering the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure full resolution within agreed SLAs
Management of incoming calls and emails
Identification of customers’ needs to ensure complete satisfaction
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through open communication
Supporting Key Account Managers in meeting personal and team sales targets
Requirements and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a Customer Care or Inside Sales role, and must speak Swedish to native level, with a good command of English.
Beside from experience with customer service we are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can proactively work within a high pressured and fast-paced environment, demonstrating problem solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with varied audiences. Proven Customer Service experience
Native (CEFR C2) Swedish, both spoken and written.
Other Nordic languages an advantage.
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and professional telephone manner, both inbound and outbound
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Ability to adapt to different characters and personalities
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Practical info:
Hours: Fulltime – normal office hours 08:00-16:00
Location: Copenhagen/Malmö. The role is based in Copenhagen however it will also be possible to work some of the time from the company’s location in Malmö. As mentioned, it is possible to work 2 days from home/remotely.
Start date: As soon as possible
Salary og pension: Approx. 42.000-49.000SEK (30.000-35.000 DKK) a mount – depending on skills and experiences. In addition, you will also get pension and healthcare.
