We’re now looking for customer service representatives to be a part of our operations team. As a customer service representative, you will be the voice of Qliro and deliver outstanding service to our customers. We live and breathe WOW and you will be able to set the tone of an amazing customer experience to create loyal customers.
Your area of responsibilities will be to:
- Be responsible for creating and generating Experience WOW to Qliro’s customers by managing our customers inquires
- Manage incoming customer service inquires per phone, chat and e-mail
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Be part of the development of the company’s routines and policies in customer treatment and way of working
We believe you:
- Fluent in Swedish and English verbally and in writing, knowledge in other Nordic languages is meritorious
- Service-minded and passionate about creating customer satisfaction
- Driven and willing to grow within the company
- You are detail oriented and can handle multitask at ease
- Are structured, flexible, engaged and have great communication skills
- Have experience in customer service towards E-commerce, banking or finance
You will report to a Team manager and be a part of Customer Operations at Qliro. The employment will be based at Qliro’s office in Stockholm, Sweden.
We are looking for someone who can work temporary this summer during June, July and August, with good chances for prolongation. The working hours during the weekdays is 08:00-18:00 and weekends 11:00-15:00.
Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
