About the Role

We are looking for an extra resource, who wants to work in the Customer Service team within the Professional Hygiene business area during a time of major changes to our routines and ways of working. We work with the global brand Tork and offer a complete range of products and services for public hygiene areas in, for example, industry, restaurants, healthcare and schools. You will be part of a team consisting of colleagues in the Nordic region, but you will have main tasks for the Swedish market.

The position located at Essity´s office in Mölndal, Gothenburg. You will report to the Regional Customer Service Manager.

What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
• Handling support claims and statistics from our customers
• Administrate distributor prices and price support
• Rebate handling- maintain accruals, understand distributor agreement and calculate bonuses
• Communication with customers
• Assist KAM and sales with relevant input and statistics
• Handling requests from customers and internal colleagues concerning bonuses, price support or prices.
• Understanding of our customer´s needs, build trusting relationships and providing high quality service to both internal and external customers

Who You Are

To be successful in the role, you have a high level of self-drive, a positive attitude and enjoy numbers. You like to set up your work in a structured, methodical way and you can handle several tasks in parallel. To succeed in this role you need be thorough, detailed orientated and analytical. You have no problem reaching out to colleagues if you need help.
Finally, you enjoy working at a higher pace where you proactively identify solutions to be able to ensure high efficiency as well as quality in your work.

You have

• Ongoing or just completed university education with focus on economics, business or similar
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, specifically in Excel
• Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English – written and verbal
Good knowledge in Danish and Norwegian is highly valued
• Experience of working in customer service
• SAP C/4 and S/4 HANA competence is a valuable skill
