Assignment description

Manpower is now hiring a Customer service representative, a consultant for International Färg AB.

International Färg AB, a part of the AkzoNobel group of companies, is a global world leading protective coatings company. The site in Angered, outside Gothenburg hold sales- and marketing offices for three business segments; Marine & Protective Coatings, Yacht and Powder Coatings.

In this role, you will together your eight colleagues, ensure the best service to our customers in Marine and Protective Coatings for the Nordic region. You will Act as a key role in order-management where you are responsible for the entire chain, everything from receiving an order- to the entry of the order in the ERP system to delivery incl. check of product availability in various plants. You are responsible for worldwide supply to vessels and you are in contact with ship agents in the Nordic countries to arrange supply.

Areas of focus in this role:

* Order management.
* Customer support via email and telephone (for example creating quotations).
* Invoice process: be helpful with invoice questions, prevent incorrect invoices and credits / debits, creation of invoices for drydockings.
* Be an active part in change and improvement work.

The position is located at the International Färg AB site in Angered and you will report to Customer Service Manager Cluster Nordic which is based in Hamburg, Germany.

This is a one-year consulting assignment via Manpower, starting August 16.

Do I qualify for this job?

We are happy to see that you have a few years of work experience in similar tasks. You are a social and service-minded person who always puts the customer in focus. Further, we believe that you are solution-oriented, patient and have the ability to prioritize among your tasks. You have a flexible attitude to your work and enjoy working in teams.

You have experience in working with different systems and good computer knowledge. Ideally you have previous experience working with SAP, MS Office, Teams and Excel.

Except for the Swedish language, being comfortable in speaking and writing in English is a requirement, as this is the corporate language. Knowledge in Finnish is beneficial, but not a necessity.
