We are now looking for a new colleague to our team who would like to work part time (50%) on a permanent basis with the main working hours between 8-12, Monday-Friday.
International Färg AB is a global world leading protective coatings company. At our site in Angered, outside Gothenburg in Sweden we have sales- and marketing offices for our three business segments; Marine & Protective Coatings, Yacht and Powder Coatings. In Angered we also manufacture protective coatings for bridges, wind turbines, sport arenas and more. International Färg AB is part of the AkzoNobel group of companies since 1998. On the site we are about 140 dedicated employees from more than 28 different nationalities.
What will you do?
In the role of customer service representative for International Färg in Angered, you will together your eight colleagues, ensure the best service to our customers in Marine and Protective Coatings for the Nordic region.
Some of your main tasks are:
• Order management: Act as a key role in order management where you are responsible for the entire chain, everything from receiving an order to the entry of the order in our ERP system to delivery incl. check of product availability in various plants. You are responsible for worldwide supply to vessels and you are in contact with ship agents in the Nordic countries to arrange supply.
• Customer support via email and telephone (for example creating quotations)
• Invoice process: be helpful with invoice questions, prevent incorrect invoices and credits / debits, creation of invoices for drydockings
• Be an active part in change and improvement work
The position is located on our site in Angered and you will report to Customer Service Manager Cluster Nordic which is based in Hamburg, Germany.
Who are you?
As a person, you like to be in a supportive role where you act as the first contact for our customers to manage various questions. You are a social and service-minded person who always puts the customer in focus. We also believe that you are solution-oriented, patient and have the ability to prioritize among your tasks. You have a flexible attitude to your work and enjoy working in teams. Also you are used to work on many topics at the same time.
We are happy to see that you have experience of similar tasks. Except for the Swedish language, it is important that you feel comfortable in speaking and writing in English, as this is our corporate language. Knowledge in Finnish also beneficial, but not a requirement. You have experience in working with different systems and with good computer knowledge. Today we work with SAP, MS Office, Teams and Excel, among others.
