We are now looking for a goal-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our business in Åstorp. If you want to develop your skills in international customer support, then you may be our future star and employee!

Job description
We are looking for you who want to work in customer service with varying administrative tasks. You will actively work to support our existing and new customers, mainly international customers. Our main product is colorants for the plastic industry, customized to our customers' different wishes and needs. Many of the tasks will be about entering various data into our business system, SAP.

Your Personality & experience required
To thrive and be successful in the role , you need to have good experience and knowledge of the business system SAP or similar business systems. You have good computer skills (Office programs).

You master Swedish and English language in speech and writing.

As a person you are a genuine and positive person who sees challenges instead of problems. You want to grow and develop and you are constantly searching for new knowledge. You are flexible and all-round as a person. You are also a dedicated team player.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience of working in a customer service role.

You probably live in the immediate area and you also have a driver's license and access to a car.

Since everything is ultimately about creating a profitable business, you are also analytical and easy to see different patterns. You are the person who likes to have many things going on at the same time. We attach great importance to your personal qualities and profile in this role.

Place of work & working hours
The work takes place at the customer's production facility in Åstorp. Working hours are daytime at 07.45-16.30 (Monday-Friday). Monthly salary according to current collective agreement. Start date as soon as possible.
