Modis Life Science is looking for a Customer Service Rep to a Pharma company in Kista. This is a consulting assignement that will run from september 2020 and initially 6 months. Send your application no later than September 7th.
This position is within the Home Patient team, and you will perform your via phone / email and be in direct contact with elderly patients.
Required profile:
At least 1 to 3 years experience within customer service
Background in logistics/healthcare is a massive plus
You should be comfortable with outlook, experience with an order management system is a plus
Personal:
Calm, collected and positive attitude
Able to work under stress
Ability to multitask / attention to detail
Comfortable acting as customer service over the phone
Team player
Language skills:
Fluency in Swedish is required (written / spoken)
Very high level in English is required (written / spoken)
High level / knowledge of Finnish is a plus.
