About the role:
We are looking for a new team member to our Customer & Consumer Service Team located in our office in Sundbyberg. In close collaboration with our sales team, after sales and the rest of the organisation you will support our customers and consumers in the Nordic region, with focus on Sweden but we work as a Nordic team which means that you can have customer contacts in all Nordic countries. Your job will consist of communication via IT systems, email, telephone and social media.
You will provide support in primarily all order- and distributions matters. Managing and driving the order process including claims from customers, customer master data, monitoring of product availability, correct prices & rebates as well as support sales regarding product availability communication and customer management etc. On top of this you will be an expert on our products and answer questions and complaints from our consumers helping them to a better product experience and if needed activate product guarantee or repair/spare parts.
The tasks include also driving Customer collaboration areas, as well as process improvements for the order and claims processes.
Your Profile:
• It is important that you are fluent in Swedish & English and if you speak another Nordic language it´s a plus
• At least 1-2 years of experience from Customer or Consumer Service
• Experienced SAP user
• Commercial & Business awareness
• Team player with a LEAN mindset seeing opportunities rather than problems.
• Results and customer focused
• Service minded, flexible and take initiatives
• Is happy to work in a fast-paced environment
