About the company: Tetra Pak develop, produce and market process- and packaging systems for food.Their packaging material is produced at 65 factories and sold by 58 market companies.Tetra Pak Sverige AB is the market company for the Swedish and Icelandic market.For more information about the company please visit www.tetrapak.com.Job description: As a Customer Service Representative You will belong to the Supply Chain Office (SCO) along with 21 other employees.This service department collaborates towards market companies and suppliers.Your main task will be to act as the link between Tetra Pak's factory in Lund, customers/market companies regarding design, orders and deliveries of packaging material.This means that You will control the print and design according to a checklist.In this role You will work daily with a high service level both with external and internal contacts.It will be Your responsibility to make the process run smoothly.Requirements: For this position a degree of post gymnasium education is required as well as good skills in MS Office.At least one year of working experiences of customer related work from for example call centre, customer support or customer advice is obligatory.It is an advantage if You have experience of SAP R/3 or a related business system and if You have an interest in or experience of graphical knowledge and design.To be able to handle this position You need to be organised and structured.You have the ability to work autonomously and are able to stay calm, stable and controlled in stressful situations.You are outgoing and socially active in a professional context and You have the ability to cooperate with other people.You possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both oral and written.
