As a part of the Customer Support team, you’ll delve into the dynamic world of travel, assisting customers in navigating their bookings and ensuring unforgettable experiences.

Your role involves:

Acting as a link between travellers and accommodation partners worldwide, fostering seamless communication and satisfaction.
Assisting travellers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations on the platform, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Providing exemplary customer service by swiftly addressing questions and resolving issues with finesse and professionalism.
Managing email and phone correspondence efficiently, upholding the highest standards of communication at all times.

You can visit trendy bars or nightclubs, explore interesting exhibitions, or indulge in Spanish sangria and delicious tapas like pimientos de Padrón at one of the cosy terraces in Barcelona. And for culture enthusiasts? They will certainly not be bored in Barcelona! Characteristic of Barcelona are its impressive buildings, including Gaudí’s Sagrada Família and Güell Palace.

What do you get?

An annual gross salary of €22,244 for 39 hours a week (Monday to Sunday, with different shifts available).
2-4 weeks of paid training.
You will initially receive a temporary contract that may evolve into a permanent one based on long-term business needs.
You will have 27 days of paid vacation each year. 
There are also career development programs and specialised courses available.

What's required?

You have native Norwegian language skills (written and spoken).
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
You are available for a minimum of 12 months. 
You’re at least 18 years old.
Very good communication, and listening skills.
You are available to work in rotating shifts from 09:00 to 20:00 (Monday to Sunday).
