Customer Service representatives who like hockey

Is hockey your passion?3 Customer Service representatives starting immediately, 2 of them must be Finish speaking.For one of our customers we are now looking for 3 flexible, hockey interested Customer Services representatives.The job opportunity is for a permanent placement at the company.2 of the positions will be filled with Finish speaking candidates.The job: You will be part of the Customer Services division and your main responsibilities will be customer accountability, order maintenance, shipment process and reclamations. Qualifications: In order to be suitable for this position, you need to have some connection to hockey, either played hockey or worked with hockey equipment.We would like you to have about 3-5 years of experience from Customer Service and preferably within logistics.You need to know Excel and SAP as well as be fluent in both written and spoken English.The customers that you will be dealing with are International.As a person you need to be social, highly flexible, be able to handle a high workload, stay calm in stressful situations, be communicative and a true team player.
