Safmarine Container Lines N.V.is a subsidiary of the Danish company A.P.Möller-Maersk who employs over 60,000 people worldwide and has offices in more than 125 countries.Safmarine is an international shipping company which has approximately 1,300 employees world-wide.In Sweden we are represented by Maersk Sverige AB and based in Gothenburg.Responsibilities / Key Tasks - Frontline phone contact with Safmarine customers.Answers all customer inquiries regarding Export /Import cargo and facilitate resolution utilizing the system designed for the process.- Routinely performs coordination with internal and external agencies (sales, line management, dispatch, etc) to resolve issues in a timely manner.- Maintain contact with third party terminals and update systems as required.- Maintain proficiency in all required software programs necessary to provide quality customer service.- Manage and respond to all email and other system requests within the proper time frame as per the company's' goals and objectives - Review & input hazardous material declarations into systems to ensure compliance with IMO and Company policies.- Perform other job related duties as required - Making sure that invoices and outstandings are adhered to.
