We are currently seeking to engage a Customer Service Specialist that will be based at our crispbread bakery in Filipstad, Sweden.
In this position you will manage the order to deliver process for our Barilla products. This includes managing product or loading capacity availability issues, re-optimizing and re-planning contributing to priority management, building trustful relations with customers and internal stakeholders, assuring communication with them. Also you will contribute to suggest enhancements to standardized processes about order processing and delivery management, promoting continuous improvements.

Key Accountabilities:
Support the effective operation of the Contact Center for customers's needs regarding order management, delivery status, procedures' implementation, invoicing, reverse logistics and administration issues
Organize the daily order routine and optimize customers' orders
Manage customer communication and reverse logistics
Increase the efficiency of the transportplanning by managing the order's process
Provide monthly reporting on KPIs
Aim for effective customer management and high customer satisfaction
Work closely with other departments such es Sales, Trade marketing, Marketing, Warehouse in order to achieve optimization of all Customer Service procedures
Manage consumer communication and evaluate all consumer complaints


Your Profile:
As a person, we believe you are curious, detail oriented, service-minded and a team player. You have great organizational skills, a can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure. Your communication skills are excellent both in Swedish and in English. We evaluate motivation and experience higher than a degree, but minimum we require a high school diploma. If you hold a university degree and have already experience in a similar position we consider it as a big plus. Your MS Office skills are excellent and it is an advantage if you have experience with SAP and/or a similar system.
