Main responsibilities:
• Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to sales representatives or technical/service areas.
• Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.
• Ensure the customers receive quotations following the defined pricing policies and guidelines. Activities might include collection of necessary documentation for tendering
• Ensures the order entry and confirmation activity
• Provide to planning customers requests and priorities to the planning
• Ensures the order tracking process for customers providing information on order status, expected delivery and delivery status also informing customers about updates/ changes
• Ensure the administrative customer support for invoicing, returns, credit notes and transport documentation liaising with the competent departments
• Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments
