Are you someone who likes solving problems concerning credit information and personal data? Then this might be an assignment for you!

In the role of Customer Service Specialist, you will belong to the team Customer Service 2nd line Sweden within Nordic Customer Operations. Your primary focus will be within the area of Investigations where you will work on complex support issues.

Job descriptions:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will contribute to providing the best possible service on behalf of Dun & Bradstreet within the Nordic region. As a resource within the Investigation area, you will investigate that Dun & Bradstreet’s credit information register is correct and of high quality as well as investigate issues related to credit information and personal data.

You will, for example:

- investigate matters related to credit information data
- correct information in the company’s credit information register
- investigate issues related to usage of credit information and usage of personal data
- communicate with customers in a professional and customer centric manner
- be involved in quality and improvement work to support the further development of Dun & Bradstreet


As a Customer Service Specialist, you will work towards agreed targets with responsibility for results, where you independently follow up and manage your activities in line with your and the team's goals. It will be of great importance that you are able to build networks with customers as well as with internal colleagues in Sales, IT, Data and Legal.

The assignment is suitable for you who find it easy to create a holistic understanding of a problem and has a keen ability to consider risk and compliance in decision-making.

We believe that you:

- have a post-secondary education, preferably in economics, or law

- have previous experience of administrative assignments, for instance from a government agency.

- are fluent in spoken and written Swedish

- are highly proficient in spoken and written English

- have good computer skills and is a fast learner of new systems

You should be comfortable reading law texts and communicating with governmental agencies.

It is highly beneficial if you have in-depth knowledge of the Credit Information Act (Kreditupplysningslagen) and it is a merit if you have knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

As a person you are service minded and quality-oriented in your way of working. You find it easy to plan your day and have a good ability for prioritizing tasks. You can think critically and find it easy to draw conclusions based on a large quantity of data. You like being challenged by different types of problems and have a keen problem-solving ability.
