Customer Service Specialist

The only path to a customer’s heart is through stellar Customer Service. That’s why we need another driven Customer Service Specialist to provide product/services information and resolve customer problems with care and accuracy.
You will have a key role in communicating with our customers worldwide, and will need to be somewhat of a tech-head to do so in an efficient manner. On top of that, you will support your customer service comrades and make sure the department delivers according to plan, optimizing workflow as you go.
Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Managing incoming tickets from customers and others interested in Fractal Design
Regularly providing forum support and answering questions in social media channels
Advising, administrating and registering spare parts orders from customers and distributors/resellers
Helping translate market desires to product advantages through continuous feedback and close co-operation with our product developers
Going the extra mile to engage our customers and provide world class support

Here’s how we see you
You know the importance of delivering great support to loyal customers. You are probably interested in building computers, preferably using the brilliant products we happen to manufacture.
You make a point of keeping up-to-date with the computer industry as a whole, and not much gets by you when it comes to technical news. And since you’ll be working daily with people all around the world, your English is so good that you could almost have written this text yourself.
