Customer Service Specialist
The Customer Service & Order Specialist will be responsible for world-class order and customer support serving all our sales channels. High focus on serving people and the key connection point with the Operations, Logistics and Customer Service departments in Sweden.
The position requires a supply specialist with a focus on flawless and efficient logistics as well as on premium sales experience, the Order and Customer Support Specialist will be accountable for order management, customer service, compliance reporting as well as order follow-up and claim management.
A teamplayer with the willingness to drive improvements creating excellence in operations and increased bliss in communicating with our customers!
About the role
You will be the primary point of contact for all customer service issues (phone/e-mail), including complaints, service issues, e-commerce e-mail communication and lead and strengthen the organization in providing the best possible customer service experience on every customer touch point. You will also manage and firming sales orders in our business system as well as tracking orders from shipment to delivery, and is the primary source of information regarding delivery dates and delays for your region.
Responsibilities
- Work in close collaboration with local accounts receivable to ensure payments of orders.
- Follow up customer questions and support in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Responsible for constantly seeking new ways to improve operational efficiency and innovation.
- Responsible for creating and training customer service standards and ensures that they are met across your region.
- Reporting of warehouse inventory levels to drive sales.
- Assist on stocktaking procedures and adjustments in the accounting system for local stock.
- Creates opportunities for sell through of obsolete inventory.
- Manages warehouse relationships to ensure high levels of performance and adherence to high standards of care and quality.
- Work in close partnership in Hästens matrix organization.
- Communicate with other departments about status and actions taken.
- Identify and support improvements across departments.
- Collect and distribute data and report to local authorities to uphold legal compliance standards.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply chain knowledge is a strong plus.
- 3+ years’ experience of sales operations/administration or customer drive experience.
- 2+ years’ experience with ERP, CRM systems (Salesforce is an advantage).
- Experience within Purchasing and/or Logistics in retail is an advantage
- Experience withing e-commere is an advantage.
- Experience in using tools such as Microsoft Office365, Salesforce.
- Possibility to travel is required (some international when needed).
- Valid drivers license and travel I.D. necessary.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Have a holistic way of working with supply chain.
- Well organized with a hands-on problem-solving attitude.
