Are you eager to work in a customer service environment and be responsible for coaching, supporting and managing a great team of customer service advisors? At Sitel, we work with customer service and support on behalf of different companies who are leading the market within their field. Right now, we are looking for a Supervisor, who wants to be part of a dynamic and ambitious call center environment, where we focus on delivering the best results within customer service and support. As Supervisor, it is imperative that you prioritise good communication, development and employee satisfaction, while also managing and maintaining our client’s rules, procedures and KPI’s within your team. You will be part of a team of driven and supportive colleagues in an environment, where we encourage knowledge sharing and teamwork across different departments and organisational levels.
About the job
The client that you will be working with is a big international medical company that specialise in creating products for diabetics and it will be your job to ensure that the customer service that we provide is of excellent quality at all times.
In this job you will:
Guide, coach and manage a team of customer service advisors so we can ensure continuous compliance with ours and our client’s KPI’s
Drive performance reviews and ongoing meetings with your team
Ensure good and timely communication with our Operations Manager and other relevant stakeholder within our organisation
You will also:
Work alongside our Recruiter and be part of the recruitment process for your team
Maintain an environment that prioritises teamwork, ambition, development and where our agents are continuously dedicated and engaged in their work
Facilitate a culture that prioritises open and honest communication and feedback
You will refer to our Operations Manager who takes good care of your development, ambitions and engagement within your job.
About you
We are looking for a confident and visible supervisor who can motivate, be resilient, and enthusiastic in achieving success on behalf of our client as well as within your own team. Through performance management, you will train, coach and be an inspirational supervisor in order to ensure deliverance of our clients’ objectives and targets. You like to work with people and you are able to take initiative toward building and maintaining a good culture within your team and across the business.
It will be an advantage to your application if you have experience from the call center industry and experience working with KPI's and management.

You speak one of the Nordic languages (both written and verbal) as well as English
You can show experience of achieving proven results against KPIs
You possess excellent people development and communication skills
Analytical mindset and excellent problem solving skills
Strong organizational aptitude and time management skills
Motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
