Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Customer Service & Support Manager for our Eurow markets.

The day-to-day
As Customer Service & Support Manager, your primary goal is to lead your team in providing world class customer service and support to end users and resellers in Europe and the Rest of World (EUROW).
You will:
Manage and coach our amazing customer service team based in Stockholm and Sheffield UK, including Customer Service, Support and Order Management
Set clear objectives, evaluate progress and instill a culture with focus on teamwork, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues
Maintain and optimize operating policies, procedures, processes and systems
Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives to raise the overall business value
Develop and manage departmental budgets and forecasts
Build relationships with Sales Partners and service hubs
Collaborate with interdepartmental leaders and staff to meet organizational goals and objectives and represent the interests of the Customer Service, Support and Order Management team
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone with the following:
Experience in a customer service or technical support role withing hardware or software product
Solid experience from a manager’s position within customer support
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a technical discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Excellent communication and writing skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
