Are you a committed manager, who is eager to work in a customer service environment? Do you want to be part of managing a great team of Customer Service Advisors who work with customer support on behalf of our client – a global company who is leading in the diabetes health care industry? Do you have experience working KPI’s, management and employee engagement? Then we have the role for you here at Sitel in Copenhagen.
At Sitel, we work with customer service and support on behalf of different companies who are leading the market within their field. We are looking for a Team Manager, who wants to be part of a dynamic and ambitious call center environment, where we focus on delivering the best results within customer service. As Team Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, supporting and motivating a team of customer service advisors. It is imperative that you prioritise good communication, development and employee satisfaction, while also managing and maintain our client’s rules, procedures and KPI’s in your team.
About the job
In this job you will:
Guide, coach and manage a team of customer service advisors so we can ensure continuous compliance with ours and our client’s KPI’s
Drive performance reviews and ongoing meetings with your team
Ensure good and timely communication with our Operations Manager


You will also:
Work alongside our Recruiter and be part of the recruitment process for your team
Maintain an environment that prioritises teamwork, ambition, development and where our advisors are dedicated and engaged in their work
Facilitate a culture that prioritises open and honest communication and feedback


You will refer to our Operations Manager and be part of a great team, where we focus on knowledge sharing, good communication and ambitions.
About you
We are looking for a confident and visible leader who can motivate, be resilient, and enthusiastic to achieve success to deliver our client’s definitions of excellence. Through performance management, you will train, coach and be an inspirational leader to ensure deliverance of our clients’ objectives and targets.
It will be an advantage to your application if you have experience from the call center industry and experience working with KPI's and leadership.
What are we looking for from you?
You speak one of the Nordic languages (both written and verbal) as well as English
You can show experience of achieving proven results against KPIs
You possess excellent people development and communication skills
Analytical mindset and excellent problem solving skills
Strong organizational aptitude and time management skills
Demonstrable leadership skills
Motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
