Job Responsibilities
As our new Customer Service Trainee your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Keep a close dialogue with customers over phone or email to understand their needs and expectations
Be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience
Ensure timely response and quality resolution of inquiries
Cooperating with other departments/functions in our company


Background & Skills
For you to shine in this position, you have a customer service mindset combined with outstanding communication skills.
Usage of different IT tools and systems is a piece of cake for you.
You are proficient in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. You are an excellent team player, and you can work well under pressure and with deadlines.
You have a sense of urgency, while you understand the value of deliver excellence in the details.

Previous experience of working in Customer Service environment or with similar tasks in a sales, logistics or administration context will help you get started, but it’s not mandatory.
On a more personal note, you genuinely appreciate the interaction with other people. You are open for development and improvements to ensure best in class performance.
