You will act as a liaison between Pierce and our customers and resolve any emerging questions or issues that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency
Your goal is to ensure excellent service standards, to respond efficiently to customer inquiries and to maintain high customer satisfaction
Specific day to day activities will include:
Answering inquiries and questions by mail and phone according to Pierce standards
Handling return cases in an effective way
Translating product and marketing copy
You will also capture customer feedback and use that to identify potential improvements in our current processes, systems and procedures
You’re patient, empathetic and passionately communicative. You can put yourself in your customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary
You can balance the customer needs with the needs of our business
You have strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to details and you have the ability to clearly communicate and share solutions with the customer and with your colleagues
You bring a can-do attitude, solution orientation and a positive mindset
Your native language is English and you have completed your basic education in an English-speaking country
You have a high level of computer literacy and you are a master at typing
Previous experience in Customer Service in a fast growing online retail environment is considered a plus, as is any affinity with motorcycles!
