Join a global and market-leading logistics company at our brand new Contract Logistics site in Jönköping. In this role, you will be delivering best in class customer support and handle the daily Warehouse Administration tasks.

YOUR ROLE

You will work closely together with our Operations Manager and the operational team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and deliver high levels of customer service. Through your experience and knowledge of warehouse operations, your support will highly contribute to the success of the site.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Inbound administration including daily planning, order checking, claim registration, stock/inventory management and monitoring of incoming trucks
- Outbound administration including transport planning and booking, documentation handling, Order adjustments and invoicing
- Customs handling (Both In- and Outbound)
- Respond to and solve all customer queries in a timely manner
- Inform the customer at all times about the progress of our service by delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Daily/weekly reporting of volumes and KPIs
- Find root causes in the operations to improve processes
- Close collaboration with other departments within the company


YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

- Experience of working in a warehouse environment with a solid understanding of the daily operations
- Proven experience in load planning
- Proven experience in Customs handling
- Experience in a Customer Service or similar position is required
- Excellent communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluency, both spoken and written, in Swedish and English
