Arbetsbeskrivning
Working in order entry you are the first line of contact with the customer regarding order handling, short time forecast, delivery information and updates.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
To enter and acknowledge orders
To perform order entry control, follow up order status, customer constrains.
Monitor order and forecast status in order to make decision regarding the correct short term plan.
To give support/information to customers (order status, information about deviations etc).
YOUR PROFILE
You have the ability to work well with customers, to communicate in a professional way and provide excellent service. You are well organized and detail oriented. You have the flexibility to perform different tasks and you have a good collaboration with your peers and other contacts in our organization. You are a team player that gives support to your colleagues but who can also ask for help if necessary.
You are analytic and have the ability to suggest and drive improvement activities in your area. You have a masters degree in logistics or relevant experience from order/logistics handling.
Other competencies
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft, word and excel
IT knowledge, good knowledge in SAP is preferred.
Business proficiency in Swedish and English
