Customer Site Performance Service Owner

A day in the office
With your knowledge and expertise, you will be part of scaling up our customer site productivity advisory and consultancy services. We are looking for a new dedicated team member that thrive for customer success. An important part of the job is to have responsibility for simulation data quality and reliability of our current and future simulation processes and tools. Also, be responsible for gathering new functionality needs in our site simulation community and lead the work testing new releases and functionality. You will support and be active in securing new technology simulation capabilities. Example on new technologies is electromobility and hydrogen products. This can only be done by staying close to our customers and you will part of important customer site optimization projects now and in the future.
This is you
Bachelor or higher education level required/or equivalent experience from similar position
Proficient visualizing and analyzing data to give recommendations
Knowledgeable in data modelling/simulations using applicable tools
Experience or willingness to learn test and verification management methods
