The opportunity - Customer Solution Manager
We are looking for a driven, analytic and business oriented Customer Solution Manager, working with pre-sales activities responsible for evolving our customer solution with differentiating and valuable new services & solutions, in close collaboration with Key account managers, program managers, product managers and product owners.

Our customer’s success is our success and therefore your guiding star will be a combination of our customer’s strategic goals and WirelessCar’s mission to lead the automotive industry into the digital society. You will build relationships and influence key stakeholders in this journey within our customers organization as well as within our eco-system.

You will primary work with strategic pre-sales leading the long-term roadmap work for the customer solution where we aim to realize the strategic customer goals with the best of our solutions & products. You will report to Head of Business Portfolio Management within the Strategy, Product Management & Partnership department.

Who are you?

- You have experience in working as a product manager, technical sales manager, solution architect or similar, for software products or solutions.
- You are good at promoting new concepts and ideas to stakeholders and customers at all levels
- You embrace change, new challenges and find value in motivating and inspiring others.
- As a leader you have a strong appreciation for servant leadership, transparency and agile methods


Needed Competence

- Experience in impacting stakeholders & decisions in large organizations
- Experience in pre-sales moving opportunities into new business
- Experience in Strategic Roadmap work with both business and technical content
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative thinker with a vision
- Fluent English, in both oral and writing


Valuable Competence

- Working experience Agile software development and principles
- Insights and experience from Automotive industry
- Fluent German in both oral and writing is valuable
