Customer Solutions Strategist
The Customer Solutions Strategist plays a pivotal role in understanding customer needs, developing innovative business models, solutions, and aligning them with the organization's objectives. This role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Job responsibilities
Customer Needs Analysis:
Conduct thorough research and analysis of customer preferences, pain points, and emerging trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback and insights.
Solution Development:
Ideate and design customer-centric solutions, products, or services that address identified needs.
Create detailed business models with due consideration of technical impacts.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for delivering customer solutions, considering short-term and long-term goals.
Align solutions with the organization's overall business strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product development, business intelligence, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of solutions.
Foster a culture of customer-centricity across the organization.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry and society trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform solution development.
Performance Measurement:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of implemented solutions.
Regularly evaluate and report on the effectiveness of solutions, adjusting as necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with key stakeholders, internal and external, to gain buy-in and support for customer-centric initiatives.

As a person, you are analytical, a natural leader and a pedagogue. You can understand the perspectives of others, take it in and create an even better solution. Tailoring your communication to suit the audience and achieve the intended result is natural for you. You enjoy leading cross-functional working groups of people with diverse backgrounds.
Good to Have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in strategic planning, solution development, or a similar role.
Knowledge of industry-specific trends and technologies.
