We are now looking for a passionate and skilled Flower Hub Customer Success Agent based in Stockholm to fulfill that goal with us.
About the role As a Flower Hub Customer Success Agent, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining high-end relationships and support for our end users, installers, and distributor partners for our Flower Hub product. Flower Hub is Flower’s latest solution that enables residential batteries to be connected to our optimization platform. You will work closely with our business developers and the Flower Hub product development team to support our end customers and partners within the residential segment.
Further duties will include the following:
Answer questions through our email and telephone support functions
Handle specific customer support tasks
Handle electricity agreements in our third-party app
Document common errors, questions, and answers
Continuously coordinate with our business developers and the Flower Hub product development team
Improve external communication materials, update web pages and FAQs with the latest information, and contribute technical insight for future application development
Skills and Requirements:To faithfully deliver on the job, we are seeking a person with a commitment to maintaining a professional and service-minded attitude toward all incoming requests, aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction. Desired skills and requirements include:
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support issues simultaneously
Passion for helping customers succeed and a customer-centric mindset
Fluent in Swedish and English
A plus if you have experience and/or education within the energy sector
Location We value office collaboration but support some hybride work. Our office is at Söder Mälarstrand, minutes away from Gamla Stan subway station in Stockholm.
