Customer Success Agent – Dutch Market
Do you want to represent the world's leading provider of mobile forensic technology? We at MSAB have our sights set on growth! We are looking for a businessman / woman who can help drive forward our success.
Our Customer Success team is working to build long term relations with our customers and to have 100% renewal rate of our licenses. In your role, you will work with the Area Sales Manager in our specific industry, within the Dutch market primarily, whilst also supporting a number of our other international markets. Your main focus is to continue to build good relations and ensure that the customers we already have, are satisfied and using our systems effectivly. In your role you will have the responsibility to identify and develop on license renewals together with up sale opportunities.
In your work is included, among other things:
Have an advisory role with our customers to ensure continued value of our products and services
Work with customers to identify critical goals or other key figures, and help the customer achieve their goals
Work with our existing customers within the Dutch market, whilst supporting other international markets.
Characteristics:
To be a successful CSA and to succeed with us at MSAB, you are a typical businessman / woman with a strong commercial momentum, who is driven by sales, to build relations and to close deals. You are used to working with structure and independence, you know that behind great results is hard work and building trust. You are solution-oriented, a strong negotiator and a good communicator. You take pride in building long-term relations and are therefore open and attentive to the needs of your customers.
We see that you:
Have at least two years' experience of services / solution / complex sales to companies or organizations.
Preferably have a strong technical interest or background.
Have excellent verbal communication in both Dutch and English. German as a third language is highly merited.
You thrive in a sales culture where individual initiative and high professionalism is rewarded.
Thrive in a multi-tasking environment and can handle many tasks simultaneously.
